PLEASE understand that I am not an internet only business. Further we are very small, just 3 people, and we have products over some 500 lines for all kinds of vehicles. I cannot possibly keep up, and I will never rely on my website and ask you do not either (be it mine or anyone else's). A website can't ask you questions, and can't make sure that what you are ordering is right for the job at hand.

Ddin't offend, but at least 3 times a day I hear things like "I didn't see it on your site, so I bought it here". But yet the person is talking to me!!!! Is the net easier and faster? Sure, but it's that way because it can't get pertinent information across.

I'd love to have a huge site. But I can't do that and do the job I do, and getting it right is more important to me than selling as much as humanly possible.
