Try the eradispeed (sp?) from Baer...A little extra in the wallet but I think worth the money in the long run. 2 piece rotor that bolts directly to the stock set up using stock calipers

Hondkiller:

If you are referring to the Rototechs, Speed Inc a sponsor here (and at LS1.com) also sells them. They will match the price.

Please support our Sponsors.

everyone i know have slotted rotors and they love them. i have heard that the cross drilled being drilled through can break on you unlike the slotted which still have a full rotor they just have grooves in them. as for which slotted rotor it is up to you!

I've heard that LG Motorsports is in the process of developing a larger rotor for F-bodies. I can't find any info on their site, however. I'd love to have these, but I don't know anything about them really.

I got a complete set of KVR cross drilled rotors and pads for $550 in a GP. They are working real good but they make a funny gear noise when I stop. WE put slotted rotors in our Hummer and they make the same noise. If your pickey about noise get KVR blanks or equivalent.

Don't go with a drilled rotor. This weekens the rotor and causes it to wear out/warp/crack sooner. The only cross-drilled rotors that are any good are one's like the eradispeed which have the hols cast in them.

also cross drilled rotors arent legal under nhra rules. there was a big thing about this on the other board because of the eradispeed gp that just went over and some people found this out and didnt like spending 600 bucks on illegal rotors .

I got the Powerslot package with Hawk pads and Earl's brake lines from Thunder Racing and I like them a lot. I've thrashed the crap out of them on a road race track with no problems and minimal dusting.

The only regret I have is that Speed Inc. did a GP on Eradispeed rotors after I got the Powerslots. I would have preferred the Baers.

I`ve had the KVR`s for over a year with no problem... 100% better than stock..looks awesome and the price is right.
I tried outrunning a cop one time till the brakes heated up so much I couldn`t stop anymore... and they held up great!

BTW, I got away but he found me 10 min later...boy was he pissed

A vote for the BAER Eradispeeds here. Stock rotors saw just two moderate panic stops on SR 19 here in Clearwater and warpage was not tolerable. Personally have known of BAER's reputation for many years and figured brakes were not the place to skimp on $$ spent. 20,000 miles later theres not a whimper in any street driven condition for me. I'm sold.
