I have em. Don't really mind jacking up the car though. I don't change the height very often. Really just got em because I didn't like the stance of any of the other kits out there. Plus I just added 315's on the rear so I had to raise the back up slightly. No complaints here with em.

They use Eibach springs and you select the spring rates when you order them. I got the same rates that were on my 1LE springs. The entire GC kit was around $400.

98BlackSS,
what should the spring rates be front and back? Also can you tell me what the back space is on your rear rims?
Thanks, B

I have had my GC-coil overs for about a year now. It reall is nothing to ajust the height. Back set is just adjustable springs, but takes 30 seconds a side.
It is great to raise or lower for street or track. Tire size is no problem <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />
For a mild track/street/auto-cross set-up, I have 450lbs in front and 150lb in back. At the track I run an air-bag in the right rear.
Don't let people tell you that by lowering it you can't cut good 60' (so far 1.62 on ET Streets) or align it (you may have to find a truck place that manually align the fronts).
Well worth the money - very happy camper <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

My rates are 170 in back I believe and 425 up front if I remember right. I think I went a little stiffer up front from the 1LE because I wanted a slightly lower appearance then before - and naturally the lower you go, the more control you need in the spring. I wouldn't go too much higher with the rate personally. I really need to get some good shocks though. The stock decarbons suck for lowered cars. The 17x11's are on a 50mm offset. I'm not sure what backspacing that is. They're the ones from Tbyrne. They fit great although I am going to need an adjustable panhard to center the wheels better.
