thinking of gettin the Kumho MX tire to replace my pos Goodyear Eagle HPs....i've had lot problem trying to hook w/ the HPs and im hoping the Kumhos will help out alot in that department...i mainly use my car for a daily driver w/ a lil street/strip action and im looking for fairly cheap all around tire...not looking for killer dry traction or handling but something better than what i have now....will the kumhos do it for? thx guys

GO to www.tirerack.com and look up those tires and check on the "customer feedback" section. Probably get a good feel for them at that site. Just a thought....good luck.

Hey Drew...what rims did you get? What size? When and where did you get your car dynoed? Those are some good numbers for such few mods, awesome! The only mods that youve done to your car are listed in your signature? Let me know what you think of the MXs! I went ahead and had my dad buy me the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDWs!! They look mean! I got them in 285/40/17! I replaced the crappy 275/40/17 Goodyear HPs! They hook pretty damn good for a steet tire! Way better than the HPs! Anyhow, what do you think about me putting in a cam? Exciting huh?!! Ive got all the bolt-ons and Im thinking of doing a cam! Thats probably going to be it for a while until I save up for the 12bolt Moser with 4.10s!!

I've had the MX's on my Formula for a few weeks now, and i'm very impressed. No comparison to the F1's that they replaced, and they hook great for a non-DR tire. I paid $146/ea plus tax out the door, that's about HALF of what you would pay for KD's, and from the reviews on Tire-rack, many people feel the MX's are the better tire.

i got them on this afternoon, and i really like them, very aggresive tread pattern. they seem to grip really well, its pretty cold outside and tire spin is very little. much better than my previous GSCs. I think that i will buy them again unless i get some nittos. also they are very cheap. so thats cool too

I think really the only downside to these tires is that a lot of people don't like the sidewall, it's got some swirly design on it, but from what I hear from my co-workers ( I work at Discount Tire) it's a badass tire and a much better value then a lot of other tires and they hook pretty damn good
