I run LG suspension ... have for going on 3 years. Much of the time is spent on a road couorse.
The G2 line replaced my BMR stuff, all except for my welded SFCs. There is a night and day difference between the 2 setups.

I would go with the BMR torque arm, there boxed LCA would be a good choice. As far as SFC I still think the best way to go is bolt-on, SLP's or www.spectaclesolutions.com .

Like I eluded to, I've run a couple of different manufacturer's of suspension parts.
The G2 components have given me the best results.
There are cheaper versions out there, but you asked ...

kenny brown sub frames are the best just opinion. I like the metco trailing arms they are solid aluminum but I dont hear many people talking about them being solid i would think they would be stiffer than boxed or tubing dont know about torque arm.

BadZ I have those exact TA's and love them. I previously owned Hotchkis TA's and although very nice and beefy they don't compare by a long shot to those. Car feels a whole lot different and more stable. I'm gonna go for the PHR next. You are right too very light like 2/lbs ea.

I like my BMR trak pak torque arm and boxed control arms, I have never tried the LGM stuff so I can't comment on that. I'm not into auto crossing or anything and I mainly like drag racing so this setup is pretty stout for that, good weight transfer front to rear and no wheel hop at all.

If you guy's tried these, you would not even think about looking nowhere else, these are light, stronger, and the appearence (You polish them) is far better then any others. I have some still left!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

Aluminum double rod end lca's and phb are definitely a markable improvement in both handling and traction. And they are very light. But you have to make sure that you get quality rod ends or else they will rattle.
I made these with the awesome help of JonA. Thanks Jon! BTW, these don't rattle at all! And BadZ is correct, they can be polished to a great mirror-like finish.
If you want to make something like this, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction.

G2 makes the best suspension components hands down.
If you are looking for lightweight aluminum parts like a couple guys mentioned.....LG Motorsports is still the place to look. G2's aluminum rear suspension pieces are the lightest you can buy. I have their aluminum lower control arms, which weigh like a pound each. No rattles, either. Their torque arm is also the lightest, AFAIK. It is 5 lbs. lighter than stock. The only downside to their torque arm that I know of is that it isn't adjustable (only necessary in racing) and that it mounts to the tranny (only important if you are launching HARD).

What about DMS (Dynamic Motorsports )?
I have been hearing good stuff about them lately.
I have nothing done to my car right now (suspension mods). I was looking into BMR and the LG stuff. Which will perform the best on the road, and at the track? And why?
Take a look at Dynamicmotorsports.com
Click on the GP's/Specials section, and look at the Signature Series Suspension Package.
