Give us a call or even e-mail me and I will replace it for no charge. That is a very old design of ours, about 3 years old.. I can tell by how far foward the center plate is slide up and the "UMI" engraved in the aduster.

We have a newer design that adds more support in the rear area and upper tube that will fix that problem. I will replace it with a newer design

Thanks,
Ryan

Thank you!

I mean I hate seeing that happen, it makes me feel terrible and its not often. But I am not going to argue or try to explain or make up excuses. The customer posted pictures and proof it is true. I will do the best I can to make it right and fix the problem.

Thanks for understanding,
Ryan

Nice job Ryan. You can't beat customer support like that. That's somewhat rare these days, expecially on "race" parts (stuff that's been on a track).

ryan is honestly going to push UMI to the top of the market for aftermarket suspension for these cars in no time with the new products, the quality and customer service that is provided by them.

Thanks for the support everyone, we apprecaite it.

On a side note, the owner called in and I replaced the torque arm free of charge. Also what I didn't realize was this torque arm was purchased second hand, meaning he was not the original owner.. no big deal I still replaced it... but most places would not do that. Jess was a very nice guy and I am glad we could get him fixed up.

Thanks again,
Ryan

I can see that the tubing on that piece looks a lot
thinner wall than the non-adj TA I got from UMI. Don't
know if this is a CroMo piece or if the adjustables
are/were thinner tube. But mine was definitely more
stout in there, looked to be either 3/32 or 1/8" wall.

ouch, I have seen TA's break before, but this one was not even at a welded joint. Bet that did not make a pleasant sound when it went.

Nice job UMI standing up for your product, its refreshing to see.
