Default Qa1 questions?

Im about to install my new 12-way shocks and #300 springs on the front om my car later this week and was looking for some info where to set the bottom adjustment for the coil height . I guess what im asking is how far up on the threads would be a good starting point . I want it lower than stock but not slammed low.about as low as i am now in my sig. Thanks for any info you can give me .

I have mine run up 45-47 threads from bottom of shock to bottom of locking ring. About 3/4 of way up. do a quick search in this forum for me and you'll find another thread about this.

Just keep going until you like it. Just remember..its easier to go down than up. It took me about 2hrs to get it where I wanted it. Lots up wheel off, adjust, wheel on, lower..raise, wheel off, adjust. Ugh..just go stupid high right away and then just lower little by little.

i'm thinkin of getting adjustable lower spring mounts for the front. with qa1 10" Coil-Over Springs - 2-1/2" I.D. and Hypercoil Stock Appearing Rear Pigtail Springs - 12" Tall for the back but i don't know what rates to go with. It has stock shocks but i think i will change those next year $$. Any advice on spring rates to use?

prolly wont be goin to the track till next summer cause i don't want to blow my rear end. Prolly get a moser 12 bolt. mostly a street/autocross car. im thinking 350lb for the front and 150 or 175 for the back. Any input? Can i put these ( www(dot)pitstopusa(dot)com(slash)detail.aspx?ID=55 575 ) on my stock shock setup?

I just got some 300s with the QA-R for my front also.I will probably go with a BMR 1 inch lowering spring for the back and keep the factory shocks in the rear and see how it is.
