Default Duralast pads vs Hawk

I put on some duralast pads with my new rotors and am wondering if upgrading to hawk pads will be a noticeable difference?

I got the stock OEM replacements from Autozone.

Oh ya. I went from factory pads to the Hawk HPS pads and i noticed a difference. The Hawk pads actually have a bed in procedure printed on the side of the box. But all in all they are a much higher quality pad

How are autozone's duralast rotors? As good as brembo blanks?

Night and day differance between Hawks and Duralast. The Duralasts are noticably worse than the stock pads much less the Hawk pads.

lol looks like i'll be putting the hawk pads on when i do the spring/shock swap.

my front 2 calipers were brutally fucked when i took them off. since my factory brake pads were bare metal basically, they were just rubbing against the rotor and the calipers weren't compressing at all, just trying to push outward and they eventually welded themselves shut i guess from all the heat. anyway, autozone had stock replacement calipers for like $39 a piece so i picked them up and put them on. been working fine so far but i've gotta repaint them red. atleast this well give me the opportunity to put those slick looking trans am decals on the calipers. where should i order those?

I think duralast pads suck they are prob just made to last since they have lifetime warranties.
