Its not bad, Some of our rough expansion joints in the highway around here will kinda upset it, but handles and rides great. My wife used to hate riding in it, but were out Saturday night and it passed her test.

For the record it has the isolaterin the rear, and is on the lower perch in the front. I decide to try it, because I have 245/40/17's on the front and they are 24.5 ish tall, and it has about a one inch or 2 tight fingers gap in the front. The rear are 295/35/18

Measurements are

LF 25 3/4
RF 25 1/2
LR 27 1/2
RR 27 1/4

As always, I'm glad to hear you like it! The tire size probably isn't doing your ride quality any favors, fwiw. And you want to play with some differing amounts of rebound to see if you can make the car more to your liking (but it sounds close).

For those out there freaking out about the ride height, *remember* the tire sizes being used. Fronts are short, which will lower the car. Rears are not, most likely taller than stock and that raises the car. Hence the lower front, higher rear ride height than what others see.

Good point on the stance Sam, I wanted the big and little street rod look, thats why the fronts are smaller. With the bottom perch on 275's in the front I doubt there would be much gap at all.

I have adjusted the fronts a bit I have them a 5 sweeps from full hard, and its a nice.

DAMN, that looks very good. Thats the lowest F body Ive seen with strano springs but like Sam mention you will see lower in the front with the taller wheels and the rear also taking up more gap in the rear as well. I like it. Clean LT1!

Right now I have a Flowmaster catback on it. Thinking about a dual set-up this winter still deciding on mufflers. I havent had it drag anywhere yet. I have always a voided the speed bumps any way.

Thanks for the nice words guys.

the LT1 motor is also heavier... so i would expect it to be lower in the front.

It's lower because of the tires. Seriously. I weighed my LS1 car vs. an LT1 car with the same options (except they had T's and I have a solid roof) back when I was autoxing in stock category. 6 pounds different, and my car was heavier. Both cars had the same wheels, tires, swaybar, upgraded stereo, power seats, etc.

didn't relize that... could have sworn they were heavier with that iron block. guess it doesn't make much of a difference.
