hose mod
well i did the hose mod today on my 2000 trans am and heres what i got with tt2's 275 and 315 the stock hight was
LF 27 5/8 RF 27 7/16
LR 28 1/8 RR 28 1/8
after i did the hose mod it dropped the rear to
LR 27 3/4 RR 27 3/4
so right after the mod it dropped it 3/8 of an inch and it will prolly drop it more once the springs have time to settle back down.
i measure from the top center of the wheel well to the ground. wish i had pictures but dont know how to post them.

Slow down there fella's..... There are a lot of cars lowered that have no wheel-hop issues without LCA brackets, mine being one. Here we are talking a minimal lowering, very similar to SLP Level 1 cars, not 2" or more. And it's quite possible you could take a car that doesn't hop and make it hop by adding brackets where they are not needed.
As for the weight transfer, the springs are no stiffer, and while true that lowering a car does effect transfer, the small amount we are talking about is not an issue, and we aren't uping the spring rate like lowering springs do (some more than others).
And as for LCA angle. The downhill angle from axle to body isn't all bad, it's got handling benefits. The opposite way hurts rear stability.

Also very satisfied with the hose mod as well.
In combination with my front Koni shocks
on the bottom spring perch, the stance is perfect.
About 5/8" drop front and back.
