lower springs for lq9 z28?
anyone got any ideas on what lower springs would be good for an 02 ss with iron 6.0 cause the stock springs sag way to much in the front and the rear looks like its jacked off the ground anyone?

Stranos and LGs are 550# in the front. Stranos are higher so I think that would be your best bet. Take the rear isolators out of the back to balance it out if you need to.

Probably not many who frequent the suspension section. PurEvl who posts in the Eastern section had a 408 (I think) iron block with a huge turbo putting down serious power, but I'm not sure what he was using for suspension.
I think his car is for sale, if not sold at this point.
Also, if you ever build that LS1 E36 M3, don't forget to post up how it worked out. That will be very interesting to see I am fond of BMWs myself and getting rid of my STI for a E46 325 model soon, and I autocross in the Boston BMWCCA local events
