Default PIC! C5 front rotors inside 17" ZR-1s

Take a look - it fills up the wheel nicely, you can feel it too!

I hear y'all on the calipers, going with black powdercoated on the next brake job - just can't decide if I want the C5 units or keep my stockers.

I used the LG Motorsports conversion bracket (not on the site, have to call), runs about $350 I think. I chose it because it required no cutting of the spindle and allowed me the option to use my stock calipers or go to C5 units. It was a bolt on deal, though I had to run down the proper bolts at a specialty shop since I bought mine used. Should've bought new and saved the aggravation.

I strongly considered UMI's kit, it's a great deal on a nice setup, I just didn't want to cut my spindles. Theirs requires the use of C5 calipers but also allows you to use C6 brakes later on, provided you have wheel clearance.

You can find tons of info on this swap with some searching. I felt a difference in stopping power and I suspect I have banished pulsing rotors forever too.
