Default 1le LCA bushings

Are they available by themselves? I hate to pay $100 each for OE 1le lca's.

Strano has them or the moog equivalent. I bought mine from him, popped out the stock ones and popped these in using a vice.

You can get moog bushings which are pretty much the same thing. Solid rubber bushings. The stock LCA bushings are star shaped

Kind of a stupid question I'm sure, but how easy is this to do with a vice? I've never tried to press bushings. I want the 1LE bushings but not so much that I'm willing to bring them to a shop to have it done.

Fairly easy, we used a socket of the same size as the bushing (quite large). Took one hour to do all 4. Takes 2 people.

Part number is 719-k6689 or 719-k6490? Update: those are front upper and lowers. The rears are K6178

What quantity do I need of the K6178 to do both sides? Is it 1 per side?

Yes, one box of two per side. We used a airchisel to get them out.
