hey guys... I have built a new forged 347 low comprsn. build for my 99 ss and went with turbo stuff so im selling all the n/a stuff i dont need. All of this stuff was put on at the same time and several of my friends could vouche for me that this stuff litterally has only 100 miles on it. I had them on a stock bottom end. i ran nothing but Mobil 1 senthetic and the springs were properly "broke in" by running the car with idle till proper engine temp and then letting them cool down completely overnight. My rev limiter was set to 6200 and never revved to it but 3-5 times during tuning.
new prices
Item 1: TSP torquer V2 camshaft- specs are 232/234 @.050-- .595/.598 lift on a 112+2 LSA-- SOLD
Item 2: comp cams 850-16 lifters.--SOLD
Item 3: comp cams 918 valve springs(blue stripe). Good for up to .600 lift.--SOLD
I don't have any pictures yet because my wife has the camera. I will return with some pictures but If you want them e-mailed just let me know. I will include a tag on the items showing "LS1TECH" and the date proving its exsistence and shape its in. All of these prices are negotionable or if you have a trade to offer I am looking for a LS6 intake and ported TB or 90 fast. Thanx guys. Any questions please feel free to ask. I am located near Tyler TX and go into Dallas area quite frequently.
You cant see the #'s in the pic on the cam... tex speed and m0227-07 is inscribed and 272047 is punched. i think the latter # is maybe a cast # for comp cams.

im not reallu sure. my friend tuned it on the street using hp tuners and thru a stock ls1 intake and stock 853 heads we were guessing i was prob putting down real close to 400 rwhp. i really never had enough time in it or had enough time to take it to the dyno before i got my wild hair to tear that old motor out and build me a forged one for turbo. i have seen that cam personally with some stg 2.5 prc heads and that cam with ls6 intake thru a 6-spd put down close to 440rwhp.

thanx for the bump diablo... no i never made it to the track and the drivability was very very good. it never surged or died. it had a monsterous amount of torque under the curve. that why they prob call it torquer. i do kno 1 thing... on my first nite out on the cruz strip down here i raced a vortec '01 gt. i weigh about 250 and my pass friend is about the same. the other guy weighed prob around 145. we waxed him by about a car length. that was on a roll from about 35. you will not be displeased or dissapointed with this cam.

My best is a 12.2 @115 with a 1.9 60ft. It's a 6spd car, so it's hard to launch with out breaking the rearend. It drives really good, and sounds mean as hell. Specially with the a/c on. I think the driveablitly is all in the tune bro. As long as someone can tune it good, you should't have any problems. I've had this cam in my car for almost 3 years.

ptv clearence would be the only thing i wouldnt be sure about. is it stock heads and stock shortblock? as in size of cam to size of cubic inch its a little milder than what it would be on an ls1. that extra 18 c.i. will throw the size of that cam down compared to what i had. just by a very tiny bit tho. i would expect same kind of power increase. for streetability...it is very streetable. there have been tons of guys run this cam or a comprable cam size that have never been an issue with street manners. like above staed "its all in the tuning bro". just to throw it out there, i wouldnt think it would have any problem at all especially with street manners.
