i lowered mine to 7000 with everything on it. I can adjust the price a little if theres something you want off the car. This is assuming your interested in the car.

I have a 99 TA 6-speed, freshly rebuilt stock displacement motor with arp rod bolts, lightly ported 243 heads, ms4, PP intake manifold with 85mm TB, pacesetters longtubes w/ORY and SLP loudmouth catback, 4.10s rear, Weld Prostars all round with ET streets.....ahhh and a TNT ring system. Looking for $7000. located in south texas (Brownsville).

I have an LT1 car, roller with motor fresh from the shop ready to either add more parts or bolt up and roll. Selling for $3000 for the whole thing, leave you money to do what ever you want. It is a 355 forged rods, pistons, .030 over, heads stock fresh rebuild with valve job. its a long shot but I figure you don't really know what you want or you would have listed it.
