Ive posted a thread in in non ls1 alread about parting out a 97 ss but I got some stuff Id like to see go to my local guys.

What I got for you guys is

A 4l60e auto tranny...Stage one rebuilt with 7k on it...bought this for the ls swap i had planned to do so it might only be good for ls1. Looking to get 1100

Aftermarket SS hood in BLK would like $400 for this

10 bolt rearend rebuilt w/ only 6k since rebuild...Packed with Motive Performance 3.73's. $350 obo

Rear Tan leather seats in GREAT Condition $100

and much much more so lmk if interested in anything. Im located in kyle tx which is between austin and SA.

I had long tubes on but they are LONG GONE.

Rebuilt the rearend about 6k ago with all new bearings and seals and I had Motive Performance 3.73's stuffed in it. Carrier is a Zexel Torsen Unit and its had a slight whine since the begining of the rebuild....I contacted Motive Performance about it and they stated that their gears have always had a slight whine much like the richmonds and not to worry about.

So how much of a whine does the rear end have ? My 10 bolt 4.10s is way loud for the last 2 years !

Its really not that loud....I couldnt hear it with the radio on at a sensable level or over the exhaust. But one person loud is another person quite so.....
