1987 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
I am wanting to trade my Trans Am for a 93-97 LT1 with T-Tops. My car has is a 305 automatic with t-tops, I currently have 18" Zo6 wheels on it with 245-40-18's in the front and 295-35-18's in the back. The car has 119k original miles, and is very clean for its age. I also put in a set of front seats from a 4th generation firebird, they are slightly a different color because i had a hard time finding a good drivers seat and it also has the original back seats since i didnt want to lose the split seats which you dont see often. It also has a 4th gen center console.
I have alot of the original sales paper work showing the car was bought for 20k in 1988 in the state of NC. The car currently has a formula hood which is in need of body work but i have the original trans am hood shown in the pictures. The hood and bumper are in need of paint. I also have a very hard to find 91-92 formula/gta spoiler and hatch with third brake light under the glass.
I have replaced alot of sensors under the hood getting this car running right, it runs pretty good now just has a slight hesitation from a stop every once in awhile.
These cars are becoming harder and harder to find in this condition, especially Trans Am's. Again i would like to trade for a LT1 93-97 f-body, really would like a Trans Am, but for the right camaro i might go for it. And it must have t-tops/convertible auto or standard.

I just really like the look of the front on the lt1 cars over the ls1 cars (probably the only guys around that likes it over an 98+ front). Plus i am not a racer i like to cruise so lt1 does me fine for power.

Thanks, but I think its just a good pic of it....If you get one that just needs a lttle tlc that would be good as long as it doesnt have a million miles on it. When I got mine it was in really bad shape but I figured its working on it thats the most fun and being able to say "I did that" is the best part of it all. So go ahead and take on a new project....its always exciting.
