Like New Smith & Wesson Model 908 9mm Auto For Sale Great Pistol that I bought for my wife but shes gonna take a toe off with the auto so a revolver is in her future. The gun has had one clip fired thru it and looks brand new. I have the case, 2 magazines,safety locks and everything that came with it new. It is in new condition. im asking $425.00...and taking offers.

Cash and Carry in Texas You as a private citizen can buy and sell guns all you want to in the state of Texas. As long as they arent known criminals..known illegals etc.etc you can sell the guns==you do not have to have a FFL...Federal firearm license. The pistol looks brand new.case pistol,safetys,,2 magazines everything that came with it new.
