WTB: 2002 camaro SS (only)
I prefer camaro to have under 150k miles and
MUST BE AN M6 w/ebony interior
light mods wld be excellent (longtubes/full exhaust, suspension) but not necessary. I would prefer the car to have cme also but its cool if not.
Lookin at all color options but my top three are (arctic white, nbm, or black)
Lmk what u have/find.
Gracias

The old guy I bought it from had a flowmaster and those tips installed. There not my favorite either... Still for sale. I sent you a pm asking for your email so I could send more pictures your way. It's a true SS build# 6256, just has chrome z28 tips.

One issue that makes it difficult to buy the car is he will be upside-down and needs to open another loan the same day with bank to purchase another vehicle and roll over his loss.

never tellanyone what you want to spend, there 8 grand car will become a 11 grand car,i never understand why people tell people how much they have to spend,
darkhorse if it has wu8 on the door code it will be a ss
thats faster than calling slp

And if I remember correctly the slp sticker isn't on te driver side door. It's on the passenger door.
Factory RPO codes are on the drivers door. And like Bob said your looking for te WU8 rpo
Oh and not all SS's will have slp stickers. Mine do example I a true ss ( verified with slp) but it does not have any slp options which would be the only reason for the sticker on the passenger side door

Thanks for the info. I been talking to the owner which has owned it for less than a few months. He is military I believe but doesn't want to take a few pics I'm asking for. I asked him to take some pics of door jam codes which he did, but driver side only has one which is the slp sticker. Im not sure if door been replaced. I need to call slp n gm to verify its a real SS. I definitely like that car also and we went down on his price too.

The parts identification sticker will tell me its a real SS with the Wu8 y2y code. That sticker is missing for some reason. I would of picked up this car last weekend if it at least had to codes.
Yup that suxs for this guy.

Just use a vin decoder on the Internet and that wil pull up all the RPO codes for that particular car. Or call slp with the vin number and tell them u just wanted to know your build number

Gm called me back its a legit ss so I'm headed there on Sat.
I can only get this guy to drop to $12k since he still owes more..
Good buy or am I overpaying???
slp, cme, grille, k&n fuel injected perf kit (no lid), leather interior looks to be in good condition, paint prob a 8/10, 35th chrome wheels which he stated no peeling or rash.
Only things he told mecar needed attn to were common sail panel bubbles, slp grille needs to be repainted, and minor scratch on door next to door handle which he sent me pics of these areas.
