I can ship it if you would cover the cost. Cant imagine more than $25 to ship it to Houston.

Probably less. I just shipped a driveshaft last week to TN for $23. That's including the cost of a box and a $2 "service charge" for them to box it up.
USPS was the cheapest route, but don't take it to a post office, I don't think they'll box it for you. I went to http://www.goinpostal.com/ location down the street because I wanted them to find out which route would be cheapest (DHL/USPS/FedEx/UPS/etc).

No problem. It also took 3 days for it to arrive.
Since it's staying within TX, it shouldn't be more than 2 for the OP.
