1. Does that cam kill low end? Looking for a mild cam, want power but its the daily and need fuel mileage. Also the car is an A4.

2. You go through cams or what lol, noticed your other thread.

This cam is mild, it makes all around good power with good low end. My car is a A4 w/ a 3500 stall. Last Saturday when I bought my old car back this cam was in the car. I already had another cam that I wanted to put in it. I usually keep alot of extra parts.

Do you know if that cam would be ok in a non-stalled auto?

I would think so, it's a very mild cam, but makes decent power.

Cool thanks, I will think about it, sounds like a decent cam. Let me put it this way the cam is for my DD, I need to be able to run the a/c at all times ( especially concerned with the cams idle manners with a/c on ), take off from stops normally, and possibly use a stock converter, do you foresee any issues with any of that?

Edit: MTI shows that to be a 113 LSA. I called to try to see if they could give me more info on how that cams manners are on my setup, got no answer. I'll try again later

Haven't heard a 113 at idle, assume it has some lope to it dosen't it?

Sorry for the novel, just want to make sure its right for me if I decide to buy it. Oh any interest in a Z06 cam? I have one in great condition.

Thanks bro, but I don't need another cam. This G1 is on a 115 I'm pretty sure, but then again I could be wrong. Long story short I sold my car as a roller almost 3 years ago to my buddy that worked @ MTI as a tech. He put his engine in it, he hardly drove the car, therefore that's why it had a G1. I bought it back this past weekend, and swapped the cam.

Ok cool, yeah the website says 113, but I did a search and noticed other people also saying its a 115 so??? maybe they changed it at some point. Still trying to think about if I want it or not, I dont want to put it in and then have to put in a converter, I still am considering using the LS6 cam, I really need the car to have near stock drivability.

To be honest this cam doesn't really lope that much. It was in my car still on the stock tune when I got it back.
