Opinions: Think its totalled? Yup. So my girlfriend accidentally tagged my *** today, but accidents happen and at least we are both good. Her airbags deployed, she was doing 40 to 45 and I was stopped.
Claims adjuster can't look at it for several days but I am wanting to get some of you expert's opinions on whether you think it will be totaled or not. had about 124k miles but god she was in great shape.

Status: Waiting on appraisal and pimpin a charger 8-) until the claims adjuster can look at it.
I'm thoroughly impressed with how good i did against a truck with a grill guard.

They will take a VERY Hard hit....I was also impressed by the same thing....under the plastic, they're more solid than people give them credit for.
Looks like it wasn't a blunt hit...like she tried to miss you and hit the right rear in the process....
Last I knew the value of these cars was dropping quite a bit ....if they do try to total it you (and the body shop) may be able to talk them out of it. Good luck.....From an email I got today, the New Camaro Started Production This Morning... Also a thought.

yea...i had my steel spare in which i think helped to save it from total destruction, but with decreased value...idk

its actually a 2002 and it put down 332/345 and did a 108.xx mph with a lid/loudmouth...some described it as a freak, i wouldn't go that far but it ran strong and I had just replaced the seats and always kept it really clean. this is getting more depressing by the minute. I did a quick search and didn't realize how much the values of these cars have dropped...
and izzy, i might pick up doomsday's fbody and put the fuel pump and gears that i have in it.

hes got it posted in the TX classifieds izzy. think hes from DFW but i dont remember. its a 01 SS hardtop with a LME 408 and suspension. needs a fuel pump and prolly some gears but luckily i have 4.10s and a 255 sittin right next to me

Dam, that sucks man...how exactly did that happen? Did she not see you stopped or something? Either way its good to see both of you are ok. But it looks like it probably will be totaled....

Im sorry for your loss, I would have had to walk a long ways away if this happened to my car. I would have been sooooo mad, but i wouldnt have wanted to take it out on her.... But she needs to pay attention to where shes going.... O and ya its totaled, these cars just arnt the same after they are wrecked like that. O ya and im glad yall are both ok 
I have a friend that knows an izzy, he used work with an izzy at discount tire in college station, supposed to be putting a turbo on a 02 z28, just curious if hes on here or if anyone knows him...
