Default Deer Season Open 11/1 Whos Going?

Just wanted to see what LS1techers go hunting and who will be out on opening morning. I hunt in Sonora and my fingers are surely getting the twitch. Shot a 12-point last year scored a 140 and hopefully getting something better this year.

I have 2 in the 140/150 class hovering around my yard...have some undeveloped acreage behind my house where I feed. 2 big guys out there that have obviously come up off the river.

These are a couple of my young guns that will be very nice in a year or two.

I will have more pics once we get our game camera chips. I would say a 130 possibly. Hard to tell that spread in those pics. I definitly am taking a limit on those turkeys though.

Note to single guys that don't hunt:
The clubs are always full of women on opening weekend.

Fishin's always in season! Plus, as Ron White says, "It's early, it's cold, and I don't wanna go." LOL. I would go if someone took me but not something I would ever pick up.

Good luck this season guys!

...So I went last night with the bow and it was probly 10 min after sunset when two nice ones popped out on me. But when I pulled back I wasnt able to see my dots on my pins!! I was able to see the pins though, so I took a shot. The Arrow landed about three to four inches in front of him. Bottom line, I missed and broke the blades. Morale of the story is,"INVEST IN TRUE GLOW SIGHTS!!!!!!!!!"
