Eh, torque feels fast, but horsepower is fast.

It has a stage 3 4L65. And built rear with 3.42 gears. We might have some track time for the vette this weekend. A 9 sec pass on a drag radial would be sweet.

Those are nice numbers considering it is through an automatic. What size stall you got?
I learned a long time ago a dyno is best for a good baseline tune and the numbers are just numbers. Every dyno you go to puts out different numbers. That doesn't tell you how fast the car is. Only way to tell is take it to the track; line it up and launch it and then get the numbers. The real important numbers on the dyno are AFR/Boost/RPM; There are shops that show big dyno numbers that are not always reflected into good numbers on the track. Kind of like all those street racers that claim 9 and 19 second cars who have never taken them to the track. Like I said; line em up and launch em. That is the only way to know!

Thats the plan. And at G-Force we dont tune for big dyno numbers. Mike tunes very safe.

Good job G Force! That would be good for customers. What dyno. Dyno Jet or Mustang and what software do you use?
Good luck at the track. Hope you and your customer get the 9's and everyone is happy. We need more honest customer oriented Performance Shops to help the business. Too many do not know what customer service is.
Keep up the good name and the good work.

Got another questions? So if you do not mind can I get your e-mail. I have worked for tech school UTI. We have a big event coming up and I have a thought.

Isn't hp just a calculation based on torque?

Here we go, HP = Torque x RPM / 5252.

I'm going to assume since you've been on here for 6 years with 3700 posts that you already knew that, and were only kidding.
