Need help-Ripped off by Matt Isenegger from Victoria, TX Hi guys,
I probably don't have a hope in hell of getting any of my money back but I guess it is worth a shot. The story is:
I bought a 90mm fast intake from ebay from Matt Isenegger. From what I understand he is from Victoria Texas. I never received the intake. Paypal refunded me a lousy $200.00. If anybody knows this bastard I would love an address or phone number. Also if anybody has any advice as far as laws about this type of thing in Texas that would also be a bonus.

Wow!!
Thanks for the fast resonses. The only other thing I could add would be that he said he had a GTO that he was going to put the intake on but decided to build a bigger motor. This could be pure bullshit though.

Well, a little about me.... I just recently jumped into a relationship with a long time friend and future wife... crystal perales. We are doing so good together. She has an awsome family who I get along with just fine. I love her sister cassie and brother james like my own. Im looking forward for more lovely years to come....lately we hit a bump in the road and i think were expecting a little one... yep a kid. we found out on 9-8-08 that its a boy. his name is going to be ivan isaiah isenegger! were pretty happy.... Im usually pretty easy to get along with, and outgoing just don't **** me off and I promise it wont be pretty. I like to hangout with my friends and have fun. Most people would call me a gearhead. I love getting my hands dirty, work on cars and trucks, making stuff go fast, helping friends work on their cars as well and going to the race track. I like drag racing either around town or at the track. I love to go 4 wheelin and muddin. I also like to go hunting and just being outdoors. You might catch me around in the excursion ridin durty or in the great white ridin high.

I can't thank you guys enough.
I honestly thought I wouldn't have but a couple of posts on this topic.
Itis crazy to think that in about 3 hours you guys had the kind of car he drives, his plate#, a picture of him, possible family members, and a profile on him.
