I would, I have been to the one in Houston off of west/hwy 6. Its an older theatre, but I liked the concept. I have heard others have stepped things up to be more efficient such as ordering froma touch screen instead of having a waiter come directly to you and interupt things.

Is this like the movie taverns...Great and ingenious idea. I've had a great experience with them. With the ones I've gone to you order the food before the movie starts.

They are pretty cool. Although I liked Movie Tavern better. It's cool to order beers and food without having to leave the theater.

I tried one in Clear Lake but the food was poor and the drink selection was lacking.

I used to work @ the location in Addison. Nothing you necessarily bad or good you need to know i suppose

The movie ticket itself is a little higher than normal

Food is very par & expensive for what it is

Get there atleast 15-20 min early for the 6:00-8:00 start times

Don't *snap* your fingers at the waiter

Studio Movie Grill SUCKS compared to Alamo Draft House. I have been to both and there is absolutely no comparison.

I've been to one of the Alamo Drafthouse here in SA and it sucked... Food tasted like stuff you'd microwave at home.

If you go and it sucks, better have a backup plan in mind.

X2 I am not a fan of Alamo drafthouse. The new Studio Movie Grill at Town and Country is pretty nice and the food is much better. Their pizza is actually good. After Alamo Drafthouse I expected it to suck.
