Exclamation Late Model Racecraft's prototype Cold Air Induction System and Tune Results!!

After a few different designs we finally have a prototype Cold Air Induction System installed and tuned on our 2010 Camaro SS. Here is the dyno graph....

First run is bone stock
Second run is Tune ONLY
Third run is LMR Cold Air Intake and Tune

The results speak for themselves!



Track testing will begin tomorrow night

What exhaust is on this thing stock? Would have been sweet if chevy used the same upgraded NPP exhaust they used on the vettes. Hoe does it sound stock

Are you making the cold air box out or plastic or a metal box? Nice gains.

I forsee a fulltime position for a fabricator welding up cold air boxes in the near future with those nice gains.

This is still a prototype so no pics will be posted. Once the final product is done you will see it, and trust me, it will look perdy!

+13 rwhp +11 rwtq from just a CAI. VERY NICE !! Stock numbers were stout, tuned numbers were better but once you added the CAI you made WOW !!

Hot and humid weather 13.30's at best,well is the car a stick or auto? if it is standard unless it has stock radials it's not going to tell the true story on the street.But the car is tuned already so not really a good stock baseline.If the car runs 13.50 stock, then 13.30 ,20's should be the norm.

Car and Driver calls the 6 spd 13.0, forget the trap speed but it was high in relation. Maybe 111?

Got to see the prototype, it's a nice piece already.

Honestly, i want to know what the diff would be if you cut the mufflers off and replaced them with straight pipe, those resulets are greta man, a set of headers and exhaust has to be 400 RWHP.

sounds like that thing is really waking up with some minor mods

and i will be at the track tonight, red z28 with a harwood hood and chrome zr1's
