TexasPerformanceEvents - Sat, Oct 17th - Cruise "The Texas Mile" won big at the polls......so we are off to do a daytrip to "The Texas Mile". We have about 15-20 cars set up for this so ought to be a great time.
For those not knowing..here is the website for the mile www.texasmile.net
BRING 2 WAY RADIOS - also recommend you bring coolers with drinks/snacks. They do have concessions but wasn't very impressed last time.
Meet - 8am at - Hwy 6 and 59S - Whole Foods in the back of the parking lot
Address for Whole Foods is...
15900 Southwest Freeway
Sugar Land, TX 77479
Direction - 59S to Goliad
If we leave by 815am we should be at the airport in Goliad by 10-1030am.
Thinking we head back around 5pm to arrive in Houston around 730pm.

9:00 AM Spectator Gate Opens $10 per person/$5 per person with proof of Goliad County residency/children
12 and under free/ three day pass
9:20 AM SLOW Course Drive Through
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM or Dusk: Competition Runs
Lunch: Will be 1 hour and 15 minutes, it will be announced 30 min prior
** The earliest competition runs will end on Friday is 5:00PM.
