Default Does anyone work at enterprise rent a car or know someone really well?

I have a rental car thru an insurance claim with travelers and they just called me yesterday after 3 weeks of not hearing a word from them despite 3 messages being left with 2 different people....well anyhow, so they want me to bring the car back and refuse to extend payment to get me to monday morning since i'm out of town and can't return the car.

I just need someone at enterprise to hook me up for a few more days, so...if anyone can help I'd owe you.

Are you the insured or claimant? If insured and have not been in the rental for 30 days or exceeded your policy limit on rental, just call your ins adjuster and they should extend it. If you are claimant should extend it any way. If the shop hasn't been returning any calls and stayed in touch with you go to management. Its not your fault you are out of town. I don't see anybody through enterprise being able to just hook you up. theres my 2 cents.

I'm the insured, my car was stolen and today is the 30th day...which i wasn't aware that i had to return it today till today basically. I asked the adjuster and their manager and they won't help me out at all. The manager said that i knew up front that it was for 30 days only, and i said to them that i figured i would hear from them about paying the claim before i need to return the car. Oh well, I'm going to cancel 4 cars and a house policy when I'm done with this, back to State Farm...where i know they will take care of me. I got the girl at enterprise to give me the insurance rate on the car, which is better than nothing, but i was hoping she could comp me for a few days b/c I'm a pretty good customer of enterprise from back when i was traveling a lot for business.

Travelers is the people who would not return my calls.

Yeah they dont care 30 days is 30 days to them. Sorry to hear that bro. Statefarm or Farmers are both really good. They value your business.

It's like 25 bucks a day extra, for a mid-sized car. That's what they charged me when I had to have the car an extra day...
