I have a very hard time understanding what you are talking about.
If you locked up the motor due to taking in too much water through the intake, then the motor might be gone. Now, about the rear panel....what?
If you have a hard time speaking the English, I understand, but your post makes it hard to figure out what is going on. Did water get in to your car? Why would water rip off a rear panel? Even then, it should not go in to the interior of the car. I have never heard of that.
Why would a hydrolocked motor be a totaled car??????

sounds to me like u got a lot of water in your exhaust, if thats not the case and the motor is still running there is a chance that u just got a small amount of water that actually made it into your motor. if thats the case pull the plu-....eh u know the rest...
also how long ago was this? u might pull your air filter to see how wet it got before you yank the plugs. that would be an indicator right there.
as far as it being a total loss...yes, it is absolutely. you should just cut your losses and give me the keys, i'll take it out to pasture

Junky truck for driving in bad weather and hauling and junky third gens for hauling ***.
I just hate people in a HUGE *** truck driving slow thru a couple inches of water like they are fixing to really mess something up.

I learned the hard way when i was 17 not to drive through water. i drove my chevy (cavalier) through the levy but the levy wasn't dry
(seriously it was a broken levy, ironically i heard the song american pie a few mins before i flooded out)
i think the PCM got fried
what really pissed me off was i got out of the car expecting to be up to my knees/waist in water. it was barely over my ankles. i guess i was going a bit too fast and the water went into the grille.

I had my cold air intake on my LT1 suck up some water. I was in a torrential downpour at the time, and engine stalled and heard knocking. Water was not high , but the intake got a taste down in the fender area.
Car was a total loss, and cost me 600 bucks to get back. I got a check for full amount also.
