Bottom line, you can whine and bitch about us getting to the NC game all you want, but even if we had lost to Nebraska, Cincinnati would have still jumped TCU and TCU still would have been left out. Personally, I was really hoping for a TCU/Florida showdown so we could really see if TCU is even close to as good as the think they are, but as usual, they got screwed and paired with another of the "smaller programs". Oh well... life is tough, wear a helmet...

Actually, the majority of the Big 12 fans would love to get rid off Iowa State/Colorado/Baylor and bring in TCU/Arkansas/etc. but unfortunately it's not up to us and it's harder than hell to try and even get something like that initiated. For the record, schools seeking membership (TCU/Arkansas/etc) have to be the ones to initiate the talks. I can almost guarantee that they would have, at the very least, a fair level of support if they chose to do so.

As of now, Iowa state made a bowl game, Baylor will be better with a healthy Robert Griffen, and CU (made 5 bowl appearances in 2000's, beat texas in the Big12 Champoinship in 2001, a national title in 1990, and won the north in 01,02,04, and 05) highly unlikely they would even been a thought and has alot more history than TCU. The only team that would be replaced would be Baylor, b/c TCU would not be put in the big 12 north.
Hell, why not make it the Big 14 and add TCU to the South, and Boise to the North.

Um seriously???????????
So what your saying is your AWESOME, DOMINANT team needed two underdogs to win to get into the NC game, Hell I can think of like 12 teams that were in those shoes too.......
and as a big 12 supporter I would love to see BSU and TCU come into the big 12 and make it a big 14. That would rock. Because then finally all of this BS would stop. Would they be winning HELL NO. TCU and BSU ARE NOT Deep enough! Yes they could hang for a game, Heck anyteam can take 32 days off and get ready for a NC game. Lets see you guys play time and time and time again for 13 games in a season, and then come and win a NC game, oh wait you wouldn't even be in the mix. Granted if your coach stayed, down the line since it's a big conference and a good one you would get the recruits. But these teams would not even be ranked if they joined the Big 12, Big 10, SEC, or Pac 10.
No way in Hell!
