any opinion on Nelson Performance shop? what them to do some work to my car but some feedback would be nice.

 

pretty good havent had them do work but tunning is great u pay the lifetime tune and its free all the time no matter what you do even if you change out motors everything is free least the tunning

 

i would look into them also. i hear allan nelson can tune pretty damn good. i called one time to ask about tuning, and they told me allan actually rides along with you in the car and tunes so you have perfect drivability..not just slap your car on the dyno, and do 3 runs and call it good.

 

Sounds great, i'll hopefully be heading over to them soon then, any other input welcome and appreciated.

 

Alan is great at tuning haven't had mechanic work done by them but tuning is a+ good luck bro you won't be disappointed

 

Haven't heard anything bad about them so thats a plus in itself.

 

No personal experience, but i did see Alan(assumming) road tuning a GTO out on Roosevelt/281. I believe it was silver, running a turbo. They were doing some nice pulls and that car sounded great!

 

where is his shop at. i would like to check it out

 

They are just outside loop 410 on Roosevelt on the left going south.

 

Any body know of any fbody meets here in San Antonio?

 

I don't know much about em but I've heard nothing but good things.

 

Saturday nights, there is a meet at 151/Potranco at the Bigs gas station. Sanantoniof-body is usually out there. The meet starts at 6 and ends at 11.

 

I thot they shut that meet down

 

they shut it down and reorganized and now its much better.

To the OP: I hear they do great work. He likes to mess around with turbos. I saw the yellow stepside GMC they worked on with a turbo run in the 10's.
