Sorry to hear about your troubles with the catback. Being that they are all built in a jig, I'm suprised to hear that one out of all of them we sell has an issue. If you tips are going upwards and against the bumper, you more than likely need to push the I-pipe up to bring the tips down on the other side. I would think you just need to spend a little time adjusting it to get everything lined up properly. If you want, you can email me some pics and see if I can help you get everything setup properly. Let me know!

we used a low profile jack to do that and it didn't work. so then we supported the I-pipe with the jack and pulled down on the passenger side tail pipe. got it to come down a hair but it's still not there. i am pretty certain i am just going to buy another cat back.

also i'm not trying to raise hell really, i am just trying to bring attention to an issue that people should take into consideration before buying this cat back. and also to try to get this problem resolved.

Well without seeing what you are looking at, I don't know of a problem to correct. We probably ship 10+ a month of these catbacks and I haven't seen an issue yet. If there is an issue, I would like to see the pics to get it resolved. I don't mind if you don't keep it. I just want to correct a problem if there is one on your kit.

sounds pretty good to me. you're not going to get rid of the rasp when you delete the cats, that's just the way it is on our cars. The only way to do it is to put some high flow cats in there

If you want a great sound, but you want tails, just spend the extra cash and get a good dual system fabbed up.

Thats what my Borla opened up sounds like. Too quiet when closed, sounds gargled when open. Its always open, the lesser of two evils..

That hammering noise, as i like to call it, comes from a shitty design y-pipe. I have kooks y without cats and have this noise as well. But will be replaced with something like Partrick G did.
