Finding a trans am

Finding a trans am
So for about the last month and a half now ive been searching for a white or black 98-02 ws6 m6 not too far from the houston area. I've been searching the texas classifieds, posted in the wanted forums, craigslist, autotrader, and ebay. I was looking to spend no more than $14k, but it seems like every one that shows up has either way too many miles or has very few miles and has a very high price tag.
Is there any other place I should be looking, or should i just stay patient and keep doing what I have been until one shows up?

found mine in great condition with pretty low miles for the age of these cars. I had help from one other person and we found the car within three weeks. We also found it locally so you may want to just drive around and look. They are everywhere.

Ahhhh JPMilan is LAME!!!!! This is Hayden btw, but to help my best friend out, just be patient. You have found a couple of good finds so far, and you have a good amount of money to spend and will get exactly what you are looking for...trust me, you know me, and I have been searching for a V8 for 2 years and find them all the time lol. Just have lame parents that don't believe a V8 is any different than a V6...shame shame on them.

keep looking and don't settle for something just because it's available. I made the mistake of settling with A4 LS1s twice before I bought the SS in 04 with 29K miles. GL in your search.
Personally, I think your best bet is browsing forums like this one. Buyer beware, though.

Ever since I've been driving my 5speed firebird, I can't stand driving automatics anymore. I just feel like my right hand has to do something rather than just sit there. I also like the feeling and sound of when shifting gears
