Well first run was from 20 and he didn't hook but if he did it wouldve still been dirty.(like 5 or 6 cars dirty.) 2nd run from 45 and that little bastard woke up. Not sure what speed but when I let out if it I was only a car ahead but still slowly pulling. No excuses but that's not my run being I'm only 2 mph out of first gear. Raced his buddies turbo 335i I think is what it was on bald tires from a 20 and once again if he wouldve hooked still wouldve been bad. Overall I was very surprised that the cobalt ran that good from 45. He would surprise alot guys on here.

its like an srt4. sure its fast, and hell it may even beat you, but at the end of a day its just a neon with a turbo. same goes with a cobalt, you may as well be driving a damn cavalier or somethin

turbo or supercharged cobalt? turbo ones run low 13's with just a tune. Supercharged ones need quite a few mods to get there. Most of their problems are launching a fwd. And they are underrated from the factory. Even the supercharged ones put down to the wheels what they were rated at the flywheel.

The guys that crack me up the most are the ones who get all defensive about their Neon, bragging that they can beat this and that. That, to me, is about the same as convincing other guys to date guys because it is cool.

Agreed. Why would you spend money making a neon or cobalt fast, when you could spend just as much money making something that isnt gay, fast?
Take my Honda Civic DD for example. It rides like ****, has a tiny interior, and the road noise is horrendous, but it gets 48mpg. Why would i swap the engine, and add a turbo to something that is intended for only one purpose, and that is good MPG's?

well my "chick" car still pulls most of the ls1s on here i agree to a srt-4 being gay but have u not looked at the new cobalts lately there not ugly not the coolest car ever but it doesnt need to replace anything everytime i race so theres no excuses but ur old *** cars do. yalls interior =gross and uncomfortable mine racing seats and nice interior. call it what u want im 18 and cant afford to replace my 80000 mile camaro/ws6 parts daily. i chose this car because it was gunna be my dd and with the mods i get 33-35 mph highway and it was only 17000 brand new. i rarely go to the track so the FWD doesnt bother me that much but wish it wasnt tho, and im a turbo cobalt which the 08-10 cobalt ss come stock with and all i have is a intake,cutout,and tune
