At that address, it's probably a used car lot. They advertise they can put the stock wheels back on at no cost, but I'm betting they want to sell it as-is, so they're not stuck with those awful wheels.

Smart advertising.

Questionable tastes of the previous owner.

at that point might as well go ahead and make them chevy logos instead of just the mono blade it may look a little better......
