anyone shoot trap/skeet?
i just got done with a turkey shoot and had a blast, i had never shot with that large a group of people before. we had 6 total and i won one round, runner up in 4 of 6 total. it kept coming down to me and my girlfriends step dad, he borrowed my girlfriends mossberg 20ga with full choke and was whoopin ***. i ran 250 rounds through my old wingmaster 12ga, my shoulder is a little tired. if any of you guys shoot post up, maybe we can get something organized in the north tx area!

It's impossible not to go shooting in my family, lol! My Dad and I are into collecting firearms and we've always got to go try out the new toys and our favorites. We probably go out once a week at least. It is, quite literally, a blast!

i just started shooting skeet in the last year. sometimes i go with guys from work to the Elm Fork club in Irving. they have a 'sporting clays' course, where you shoot skeet in the woods like you are simulating real dove hunting.

Not to get off topic but I love shooting skeet and clay pigeons too and would like to find a group to do it on a more professional level. But have any of yall been out dove hunting in the past week or so. I went out last night and it was crazy limited out with 15 birds in about an hourish it was a blast!

I haven't been to an actual range to shoot clays in probably 10+ years, the place I used to go lost there's due to a neighboring business. Me and a buddy usually shoot at his place in Decatur. I've heard elm fork is nice. As for doves I haven't been out yet, I'm waiting for my buddy to get back on leave so we can hit up the quails on his land.
