Default Soft clutch pedal

Ok so yet again another mushy pedal thread, but here's the kicker. It's only happening when the car is cold. Also, the longer it sits the worse it is. I just went through a **** load of clutch/tranny drama. But, to give the meat and potatoes of it all, I've got a new spec 2+ (750 miles on it) new rebuilt t56 (500 miles on it) and new slave cylinder (500 miles) only thing that isn't new is the master cylinder. It's a McLeod adjustable and when I swapped my clutch I replaced the o ring and rubber cup on it. I never had issues before. I'm just stumped on what it could be. It seems like once the car is warmed up and I've gone a few miles it's ok. I really don't know, ANY help would be just fantastic.

Obviously you checked to make sure of any clutch fluid leaks and that it's full...

You could have a random bubble in the slave. I did my gf's clutch in her firebird about a year ago and had to let the clutch gravity bleed for about 4 hours till it was good.

When the pedal gets soft, is it hard to get the tranny in gear?

I haven't found any leaks and the fluid level isn't dropping any. Getting into gear becomes more firm for 1st and reverse than anything else.

Tick masters flow more fluid than stock ones. More fluid helps clutch engagement. Also lowers fluid temps.

That, or try the drill mod. What year master is it? I think the early ones were the bad ones... 01-02s were the good ones.

I've got a McLeod master. And the braided line has the drill mod.
