Most ppl on here don't know me that well but about 2 months ago I hit a deer. Well insurance totaled it out, but I bought it back and after 2 months...saved my Z from the scrapyards...enjoy
The damage
Disassembled
Core support pulled out and ready for primer..
Another angle...
Painted
Another angle
Wet sanding hood
Front bumper was cracked...plastic welded it, fiberglassed backside and primered till it was smooth
Teaser pic with new LED lights
Wiped down ready for sealer
Sealed
Light pewter metallic
Color layed out..
3ft deep...that nice wet look
Coming together!
First drive in 2 months..straight to the pumps
Back on the road
I still have to put the grille back on, waiting on a new set of y2k replica deep dish chrome wheels, HID kits, new seats, etc...I'll keep it updated until the car is done...and we all know they never are

That's because like we stated on the other forum, it hasn't been blended to the rest of the car yet.
But it doesn't need to be perfect right now, just needs to drive.

Good job man! I did the same thing with a '99 Formula after my brother drove it through the woods and gave me the carcass to dispose of. It's a rewarding feeling, you may want another car or something "better" but when you sit down and fire that car up...you wouldn't want to be driving anything else.
So I know a Firebird burns up in a ball of fire, and rises from the ashes anew, but what does it make a Camaro when you do that?
