Default Burn Ban, Texas Mile

We sometimes take our own bbq pit, but not sure what to do this year. What are you all doing?

They don't check for coolers.

Bring beer, soft drinks and plenty of water. Throw some chips, bread and lunch meat in there for snacking on. That's what I have done for the 2 past Texas Mile events.

Thanks for the map. Saw a different one which listed it under a burn ban. I also figured it was since comal county is under one, where the family house is at.

Looks like we will be bringing a pit!

Thanks Ross,

I've done that the last few years and never miss an event. Howerver, we use to post up in our chairs in the infield, which is now not allowed(for good reason with the pit lane). I just didn't want to buy a bunch of meat and marinate it like I usually do) for them to crack down on it. I set up around the 3/4 mile mark. Hope to see some LS1tech guys out there.
