Anyone hiring around the Mesquite-Dallas area
Was working at diesel repair slash everything else shop and my boss is not happy that i cant tear down a diesel and have it all ready to go in half the time all data calls for. He was a friend of mine when i got hired and i explained i have never worked on a diesel before and i have thought i have been doing really good but to hear him tell it im not. Im all stressed out right now and upset in between trying to get a tranny in mt car and now no job. Sorry to be venting on a forum lol but if there is anyone out there needing a good worker let me know. Any kind of work will do im not picky.

Depends on what company you work for as well as what position you are in. Drivers are going to make less per hour, but that's due to the fact that they stay on the truck and aren't at risk. The guys on the ground make a higher hourly rate due to the risk involved. It isn't the best paying job, but our guys make a killing off of overtime. When I was on the trucks I was in the $40,000 range working about 50 hours per week.
