This sucks, I am 32 Miles north of the event but won't be going cause it is my weekend to go home. My family better appreciate me being in Houston instead of at the strip.

Good luck to all the teams!

Texas Mile now? Wow have I lost touch. I didn't think it was coming around again until the fall, with the move to Beeville & all. I'll be drunk in Mexico [again]. Good Luck!

Sorry I have had too many calls about this thread not to respond. First of all let me start by saying yes we will stand behind anything we sell if it is truly our fault. To answer everyone's questions... to my knowledge we have not "replaced" a crank in the last six months on a "material warranty". Maybe the engine builder did it because of their error and passed the blame on to us and that is ok too. We also totally support our engine builder customers too so maybe this was replaced as a favor to them to say Thank you for you continued business..... To respond to the "all cranks we send out need turned 10 under to spin in a block... well that is probably the funniest thing I have ever heard in a LONG TIME. Our inspection equipment here measures sizing, taper and out of roundness to the millionth (yes I said the millionth) so that statement whoever made it .... is total B.S.
If that were true how could we stay in business think about it and not to blow our own horn but why would guys like LME, LMR , Kurt Urban, H.K. , Lingenfelter, Texas Speed .... do I need to go on choose us first.
I welcome any questions you may have too... fire away

From all the other post y’all said the DR would just come off. So it would be cool to find out what your new plan is for them.

oh, the link was just to the post, and I just scanned it.

I thought it was the crank. Guess the crank manufacture was just saying it wasn't there fault....
