BTW for all the "My car is heavy" BS. My caddy weighs 4420 without me in it! so 4600 with me and a bottle so stop your bitching, that car runs alright for being heavy

Mod motors suck, BAD. The only people that like mod motors own mustangs shops or dont have enough racing experience to hate them yet.
In the Supra, yes. Not much, if any street cars around here will ever trap that.

I have had/raced 5-10 old 5.0's, 5-6 LS1's, A C5 ZO a little bit, and now my current car. This one sucks to work on, but I havent had any motor problem yet. (crossing fingers)

It sound terrible too!

Dude, Cobras aren't rr cars... I'd bet ur caddy would take it on a road course, and I damn sure know ur Supra would with the suspension buttoned up a lil... Supras r great rr cars.

I was waiting for you to chime in, I think you are the only one I know that hates mod motors more than me.

Yes sir. Are you saying that in a good or bad way? Lol. Makes gas mileage suck, but I don't personally care about that. Still has AC/PS and the stock Mach 460 radio stuff. But when it comes down to it, it's still just a raggity old mustang. No better or worse than f body's IMO. I am making a few changes (Fast XFI and a couple other things) that will hopefully help and I'll be back out. I just want to have fun, don't care if I win or lose on the street.

Yup stock LS > Mod motor turd for me any day of the week. I know my caddy would own it on a road course. Willing to be he'd have his hands full on the street with the caddy as well and its not even fast lol

I'm one of the few 6spd guys that you'll meet that likes autos, I actually prefer them. The Supra 6spd is just different, I had bad luck with Vipers, Vettes and Cobras transmissions. I think a TH400 in the car is a great idea, should run hard as ****

I agree. I wish they had a 6 speed for a vette/cobra that would hold up like the Supras do. They are more fun to drive on the street. But you can't beat a properly stalled auto at the track unless you have like a lenco or something. Your car would probably run 5.30's with your old setup and an auto. But it would probably take some of the fun away on the street.

I'm sure you are probably kidding, but ECS sells a glide kit. But they are pretty expensive like you said. I thought about doing that to my old ZO.

I used to have a lot more fun at the track than the street. I lived close to Kennedale and like to gamble on races, and run for money (which is all that goes on out there). Now I live by Flower Mound and Denton isn't near as fun
