Technically you can't report it as stolen because he gave him any amount of money. All he has to do is prove that he paid a single cent and the cops hands are tied.

Well it looks like it been well over a month now and your ditching his calls, u could have paid him some or half or all of it and avoided this whole mess your in now...so now you need to shut up and pay...I've sold parts to the OP before and im sure he is a stand up guy and would have given u more time if u would have paid something to keep the dogs at bay, but now ur all pissed cause he has brought this to light? Pay the man and be done with this dude.

Yes I understand I owe him money and I am thankful he was so patient with me. I'm not the kind of person to screw someone out of money or anything. But I told him I want to wait. Even offered to pay him in payments and he said, I want it all now.
