"LS1Joey" stop ignoring my calls & avoiding me & pay me the rest of the $ you owe me! This was the last thing I wanted to have to do. I have been very patient with "LS1Joey" and have gave him plenty of time to pay me the rest of the money he owes me. (59 days to be exact) My car sits in my garage with no motor until I get the rest of the $ he owes me.
I sold him my HKE 408 longblock and allowed him to give me all but $1000 up front and was supposed to recieve the rest of the $ the next time he got payed (which was the 22nd of April).
April 22nd rolls around so I call him and he gave me an excuse that work has been slow and he was not going to be able to give me anything until his next payday. Pissed me off, but I told myself **** it, I'll just wait.
May 6th comes around and I call him all day and he never answers any of my calls. Finally he texts me "All I have is $50 to my name, please be patient with me. The 20th I'll have a good check, I promise I'll give you some money then. I'm truly sorry kody." Pissed me off again, but I told myself be patient.
May 20th rolls around and I call him and of course no answer. So I send him a text "We need to meet up today. Call me." He texts me back around lunch time saying "Ok I'll call you when I get off" I wait around til about 7 in the evening and figured I've given him enough time to call me back so I call him. No answer. I call him all evening, the next Saturday and Sunday all day and he never returns any of my calls. He calls me the following Tuesday and gives me a bullshit *** story that he had a family emergency and he had to give his parents money and blah blah blah and he swears to pay me the rest of my money his next check (which would be June 3rd.) Now I'm really getting irritated.
June 3rd rolls around and I call him all day long and this entire past weekend and he never returns a single call.
Meanwhile, a buddy of mine is being nice enough to hold a motor for me and I promised to pay him this past Friday and explained to him I'm waiting on the rest of the money Joey owes me. He is going to end up selling it because it looks like I'm bullshitting when really I'm not.
So it looks like I'm gonna have to take him to court. His last activity was 9:04 tonight on ls1tech. His phone number is 409 457 7551. If anybody knows where he lives please pm me his address. Also if any of you know him please tell him he needs to man up and pay me my $. He can only duck and dodge me for so long.

shouldnt have given him the engine without full cash in hand, especially if you were depending on the money to get your own stuff in order. hope all goes well for you though

Sorry to hear that bud, and I sure hope he pays you the money he owes. Also everyone on the site should be aware and not deal with him for any reason. I hope you learned your lesson and will be more careful in the future as to how you go about your business. Stay on his *** and get your money. If anyone knows the guy please talk to him and tell him to honor his obligation.
