What ever happend to the spoils of war....all the oil fields should be repaying us back for the war we had to wage and then maybe afterwards we would think about handing it back. It would give a reason for a country not to go to war for fear of losing all assets to the invading country

When I was there in '04, I was a part of a security team that transported this money to other bases and I just knew back then that this was going to happen! People tend to get sticky fingers around a ruck sack filled to the brim with cash.
