Default Student looking room (SE Houston Area)

I really need to move as soon as possible. I prefer the southeast side. I work near NASA and attend UH Main. Let me know what you have. My budget is around $400/month. Thanks.

$300/month for rent. Is that honestly even possible without having 911 on speed dial?

Yes. I've emailed a few people already. Some haven't responded.

Renting a room in a house is typically cheaper. Yes, there are higher prices for nicer areas and the converse is certainly true.
