Lol at thinking the preston's only have the blue third gen.
I have to believe the claims and initial stuff was either mis-hit on the preston's or nowhere near as severe as originally made out to be.
The Preston's seem to be good people every time I've ever met them and their current white 4th gen has won the real street 275 class more than once this year at the lsx shootout series. They also have a black notch that runs wild street in bowling green(runs 5.30's in the 1/8). I think maybe a nova too?
Innocent until proven guilty in my book.

Nope, sure can't. They better hope their lawyers can! All I'm saying is none of us know the truth. No point in burning them at the stake until they are found guilty though, ya know?
If they are found guilty, then by all means they deserve every last inch of criticism and IMO they deserve to have every race award they've won revoked since I can presume it was done with dirty money....
But....what if they're innocent?

You know about "if" Tim, "if if were a 5th we'd both be drunk". The evidence is overwhelming, and the feds don't screw with people unless they have a case. There are members on y.b. in the 65 page thread that are speaking with the lead detective. It's hard to look the other way when the 17 year old is driving a stolen wrecker, with a police bait car that jumped on the bed w/o his knowledge while traveling down the interstate? Also the 32 cars recovered were stolen from interstates from 3 states, kinda ironic.
Again, I don't have a dog in the hunt. That whole "if" bullshit is about as useful as you or me talking about it in this thread. Doesn't make them any more innocent or guilty on this Sunday night. I guess my point is if they are guilty, they'll get theirs. But if they are innocent I'd feel like a real *** for pointing the finger at them as hard as some on the bullet or here have. My "gut" says they are guilty in some manner, but my maturity says it's not my place to chastise a father and his sons until after proven guilty.

Just thinking out loud here Tim, but many of history's most notorious thieves appeared "nice" or "normal" to the public eye. Being a thief doesn't automatically mean the person acts like an ***, or is a jerk. Being polite and persuasive is part of their cover. Look no further than at all those white-collar thieves that steal money from investors, mortgage loans, shady salespeople, etc..
Just skimming this story, there sure is a LOT of evidence against them. I sure wouldn't want to be their lawyer.
