Texas Judge caught Beating Daughter Filmed in 2004, it wasn't posted on the internet until October 27th, 2011 - repost from the Lounge. Judge has admitted it was him and there is now an open investigation into it. Apparently he beat his disabled daughter for downloaded music.

what a big fukin' man and woman for doin' that ****, real tough.....anyone know what is wrong with the daughter and what is wrong with her that she is disabled?

^^^^ THIS....now granted, I have an 11-year old daughter, and when she gets out of line, she gets corrected, BUT in no way like that, I believe in correcting a child to teach them wrong from right and consequences for their actions, but good grief....

That man is a POS... I'm ok with spanking but he took that **** way over the top...
I just hope for the little girl he doesn't do this all the time.. If she is disabled she might not even know whats going on or the reason why he's doing this.

X2, I got my *** tore up when I did something I knew I was not suppose to. It was never taken to the level this judge took it to. From what I gather what she did wrong did not seem that bad, it's not like she came home drunk...

Yea after the first like 7 swipes that hard on a girl is excessive "discipline" enough .. anything after that that dude needs needs to get beat along with his wife ... deadbeats .. can't wait for him to get judged!

You got "Whippings"... I got the **** kick out of me with anything and everything they could get their hands on. I never thought that was normal...
I still believe in spanking… I just know that after 2 or 3 gets the point done and I also talk to them before the fact to let them know… why I’m doing it. Never do I just go up to them and start beating them like that guy did.

There is a huge difference between discipline - which can include physically striking a child in the rear - and child abuse; which in my opinion is what was going on in that video.

i def got my assed whoop for doing things wrong too. i dont hate my parents for it, actuallity they did well. if it wasnt for that who knows where id be.

got my *** busted once worse than that after a bowed up to my old man thinking i was a man. lol turned out i wasnt. she didnt need that kind of an *** whipping over games on a computer tho for sure. that guy needs the *** kicking i got.
