fuel pump question... please help??

fuel pump question... please help?? There are 3 wires that ground to the back of the head or block on the driver side of the car, would any of these not being hooked up be why my fuel pump is not coming on????

the car has been down for 2 years. I just got the motor done and have most but not all wiring hooked up, I have hooked up what I needed to turn it over to double check valves and piston clearance.

Hook the wires up, they ground the computer and the computer controls your fuel pump. If your pump still does not come on then it could be a fuel pump problem.
